    I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience. I specialize in cutting-edge modalities such as Biofeedback and Neurofeedback, as well as Animal and Equine assisted therapy.

  • Pamela Indrawan, AMFT, APCC

    As a bilingual and first-generation Latina, I am deeply passionate about providing a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and refugees from diverse backgrounds. 

    I work with individuals from all age ranges to provide support for those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and life challenges. My clinical work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, ensuring that clients feel heard, respected, and have a safe space as we navigate the healing process together. I am committed to honoring each person's unique experiences and creating an environment that empowers them to heal at their own pace.

    Whether you’re looking to heal from past trauma, manage stress, or improve emotional well-being, I am here to guide and support you on your journey toward growth and healing. Together, we will create a safe, empathetic, and personalized therapeutic experience.

    During my free time, I enjoy crafting, playing board games, watching movies, and spending quality time with friends and family.

    I am bilingual and I love working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I believe the Cornerstone of successful therapy is the connection between client and therapist. Through collaborative efforts, I help clients identify areas in which they seek support, such as mood regulation skills to alleviate anxiety and depression.

    I am passionate about helping others feel less alone. I am committed to providing personalized care by empowering individuals to navigate their challenges and achieve personal growth.

    My clinical work embraces a trauma-focused and mindfulness approach. I work with couples, adults, teens, and children to help treat symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma.

    I am passionate about witnessing the healing and growth within the family system and the individuals themselves. I believe that everyone has their own unique story and it is a privilege to create a safe space in which that story can be heard and transformed.

    When I am not seeing clients, I am either at the gym, spending time with my family, or watching comedy movies with my husband and our 4 cats!”

    I am passionate about helping clients discover emotional self-awareness and personal growth. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, individuals, couples, and families. I believe that communication is the key to a healthy relationship with yourself and with others, and it is my privilege as your clinician to help you discover your voice. My approach centers on helping clients reach their full potential by promoting balance through self-care, creativity, and collaboration.

    My belief is that healing is unique to each individual, and it is my priority as your clinician during your wellness journey to provide you with a safe and supportive environment.

    With previous experience at a foster agency, I specialize in parenting skills, behavior modification, and trauma therapy across various age groups. I am Bilingual and my aim is to create a nurturing space for individuals and families to navigate life's challenges, offering effective techniques to manage and overcome difficulties.

    Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new coffee spots, watching movies, and visiting my family in Mexico whenever possible.

    I am passionate about serving anyone with the utmost dignity and respect to tailor therapy to their unique needs. I have experience working with youth and young adults at my church's next-generation ministries as a young adult pastor. I am interested in working with couples, individuals, teens, and young adults, particularly those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and spiritual issues. 

    It is vital for me as a clinician to have rhythms in my life that are replenishing my soul so I can serve others well. I enjoy exercising, traveling abroad, being inspired by beauty, and learning the art & science of communication. 

    Lastly, I have a life verse that I stand on when I feel overwhelmed, and when I must seek the Lord for encouragement:

    I am a bilingual and first-generation therapist dedicated to providing a culturally sensitive and client-centered approach to therapy. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and adults , supporting them through anxiety, depression, and life’s transitions.

    My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I integrate mindfulness into my practice to help clients cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a deeper connection to the present moment. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I work with clients to develop tools that foster resilience, confidence, and personal growth.

    Outside of therapy, I enjoy exploring nature, visiting amusement parks, working out, and spending quality time with family.

    I believe that a holistic approach is key to fostering a fulfilled life and nurturing mindful healing in every phase. This comprehensive approach emphasizes the connection between the mind, body, soul, and spirit.

    My passion lies in trauma work, breaking generational cycles, serving underserved communities, strengthening athletes' mentalities, integrating mindfulness practices, and promoting holistic health. To individualize therapy, I incorporate various techniques such as behavioral, art, play, mindfulness, and psychoanalytic approaches.

    I work with a diverse range of populations, including children, young adults, families, couples, and athletes. My goal is to provide a space where individuals feel heard, seen, and supported — ultimately creating a safe environment for growth and healing.

    Outside of my professional work, I enjoy outdoor activities, art, music, traveling, reading, and mindfulness practices. However, I value time spent with my loved ones above all else.
