Hi, I’m Dr. Bergin.
I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience. I specialize in cutting-edge modalities such as Biofeedback and Neurofeedback, as well as Animal and Equine assisted therapy. I currently serve as a professor at California Baptist University and am a clinical supervisor for associates and trainees.
My Approach
My passion is to see families stay together, not out of duty or obligation, but because they enjoy and delight in one another's company. I believe the core foundation of a strong and healthy family is a deep, abiding respect for one another. Therefore, my desire is to teach people how to effectively communicate and listen, with the ultimate goal of achieving a safe and healthy family environment where all members have a voice and heart to listen. I know that there are thousands of hurting individuals in my community and I am dedicated to your genuine care.
Qualifications
(My expertise comes from education, training, and experience in the field. I am a certified Play Therapy Therapist & Equine and Animal Assist Therapist. I work in a private practice office but also in the community with partners such as: Preschool Services in San Bernardino, Easter Seals Child Development Centers, Soboba TANF, Riverside Office of Education.

In addition to my Private Practice and community partnerships, I am an Associate Professor at California Baptist University. I also offer pastoral counseling for those individuals whose needs differ from emotional, cognitive or medical issues and are based in spiritual issues.
